Stunning home in a Sedona but features don’t align with price Positive: Stunning property overlooking Sedona, beautifully designed home Negative: Many things for this level of price. 1) Master AC banging loudly when turning on/off. We had the choice between not sleeping due to bang or be very cold. We did the latter and one of us had to go to the ER with a very bad cold; 2) dirty plastic glasses including some deformed, 3) not enough dining ware, mugs for a high capacity home resulting in a serious hassle; 4) lack of attention to details with multiple devices needing battery replacement, fridge needing filter replacement; 5) had to grab a ladder and unplug a smoke detector high up in the main leaving room as the battery was dead and was beeping all the time; 6) very passive host/property management.
